Conditions for rental of accommodation

Rental period

Rental period starts on day of arrival at 3 pm and ends on day of departure at 10 am.

Any wishes for changes in these times must be agreed upon for a specific rental period.

Number of persons renting
The number of persons for a particular rental period is arranged in advanced and ages of any children notified.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Play and movement around the property
All play/movement around the property and contact with animals and machinery is at your own risk.

Beds

Rooms: 2 beds measuring 80/90 x 200 cm in each room. There are foam rubber mattresses on the floor in the loft for use by a maximum of 4 children under 16 years. A cot, changing table and high chair for infants can be borrowed for free.

Apartments and holiday cottage: 4-6 beds measuring 80/90 x 200 cm.

Payment of rental

Rooms: 25% of the rental, or at least the price of one night’s rental is payable at time of booking, and must be in our hands no later than 10 days after receipt of booking confirmation. 75% + payment for any board/meals (ie the remainder) must be paid at the latest by departure. When booking 0-5 days before arrival, total rental is payable at the latest upon departure. In the case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, half of the deposit is returned minus any bank fees for transfer. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

Electricity, water, heating
Rooms/apartments: Consumption is included in rental price.

Holiday cottage: water and fuel (wood) is included, electricity is calculated/paid for according to use.

The following items are available for your use:

Rooms: Downs, pillows, sheets (beds are made up prior to arrival). Bath towels, tea towels, dish cloths, washing up liquid, paper rolls, toilet paper, basic cleaning equipment.

All items must remain within the rented accommodation.

Apartments and holiday cottage: Downs and pillows. (Bed linen/towels must be taken with you or rented). Hand towels, tea towels, dish cloths, washing up liquid, paper rolls, toilet paper, basic cleaning equipment.

Cleaning:

Building with single room accommodation: Cleaning is not provided during the rental period unless by arrangement. Towels are exchanged when necessary. Common rooms are maintained by the owner.

Apartments: Guests are responsible for cleaning during the rental period, and the property must be left in the same clean condition as upon arrival, unless a final cleaning service has been arranged and paid for.

Holiday cottage: The guest is responsible for cleaning during the rental period and the cottage is to be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.

Departure
Before departing please ensure that you have taken the sheets off the bed, emptied the fridge and removed the rubbish. Remember to return the key.
